“Over the years, it has been an honor and a privilege to guide people on their journey towards health and well-being. I appreciate the trust that children, adolescents, adults, and families have given me. I bring to my practice not only my education and experience, but what I have learned throughout the years from all of my clients. I don’t presume to have all the answers. The purpose of therapy is to guide you in discovering your own best answers. Anyone can give advice and share opinions. It takes skill to be an effective guide on a therapy journey. Using my experience and knowledge I will do my best to guide you in locating your own inner resources to solve and resolve on your personal journey towards mental health and wellness.”
