Services offered include:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a form of psychotherapy originally designed to treat depression. It is now used for a number of mental disorders, working to help the individual solve current problems and change unhelpful thinking and behavior.

Person-Centered Behavioral Therapy is a popular and effective treatment option that provides clients with an opportunity to develop a sense of self where they can realize how their attitudes, feelings and behavior are being negatively affected.

Child-Centered Play Therapy.  The spontaneous play of children has long been recognized as a natural form of communication. In play therapy the added dimension is the child’s developing relationship with the professional Play Therapist. The child’s inner resources are enabled by the therapeutic alliance to bring about growth and change.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. EMDR is a set of standardized protocols that incorporates elements from many different treatment approaches. To date, EMDR therapy has helped millions of people of all ages relieve many types of psychological stress.

Life Coaching. Life coaching is the process of helping people identify and achieve personal goals. Although life coaches may have studied counseling psychology or related subjects, a life coach does not act as a therapist, counselor, or health care provider, and psychological intervention lies outside the scope of life coaching.

Supervision/Consultation. Individual and group consultation to independently licensed therapists seeking to obtain their Registered Play Therapist credential.
